Comforts of studio apartment were fabulous - a fridge, a dining area, and a seating area. The location was particularly good, within a close distance from Nelson's Green Brier Distillery. The restaurant was located within 500 feet.

The apartment was spacious, included a shower, a hairdryer, and guest toiletries. It met the criteria.

Really enjoyed every detail about our incredible 8 nights stay here. We got a room with a bathtub. We had a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher in the room. Its location was marvellous and particularly good, in the middle of jackson. Nothing too much trouble, the hotel met our needs.

The setting was good, right by the Gulch shops, downtown activities and downtown. It also was to Broadway.

When I am in Nashville, I like staying here. I would say it's best base for staying and exploring Nashville.

The rooms at Kasa The Gulch Nashville were fantastic! They had a cozy living room with a comfy sofa, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. The well-equipped kitchen with a dining area came in handy, especially when traveling with kids. And the flat-screen TV was a nice bonus for some family movie nights.

Personally, I would have preferred if the bathrooms had more than just complimentary toiletries. But hey, that's just my personal preference, others might still find it perfectly fine.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. The pool areas were fantastic with a charming view and walkable downtown location. The staff was responsive and helpful when issues and requests arose.

Check-in was an awful experience due to long waiting times and no records of reservations.

We had a nice experience, but there were small mistakes that detracted from our enjoyment. We found the room well-equipped, with plenty of towels, kitchen ware, and blankets. the location was great, with the shops close by and highway access nearby. We also loved having access to the pool along with the gym, function rooms, and grills.

There were only one roll of toilet paper and no dark makeup flannel; also, we had a tough time trying to figure out the check-in process without an escort.

The check-in process was a bit cumbersome. The blinds in the bedroom didn't work and the apartment had a strange smell at first.
